Sandra could not have been more helpful. She was always up to date on the state of the escrow and kept an eye on the buyer's agent to be sure they were providing necessary information.

She was watchful of entries and exits of the property and was intent on providing the best service possible. She was wonderful with communication and provided quick responses to questions.
Necessary documents were forwarded promptly and dealt with in a very timely fashion.

We recently purchased a gorgeous new home from Sandra in Summerlin and we couldn’t be happier! We have lived in Park City, Utah for the last 20 years so moving to a new state with our soon to be high school twins was a HUGE decision for us. Sandra really listened to what it was we were hoping to find. She introduced us to various neighborhoods and gave us honest feedback on the areas. We are starting over from scratch so her input was invaluable to us. In Utah, we are constantly driving all over the place for school and various sports activities for the kids. I laughingly asked Sandra if she could possibly find us a great house where all of our driving could be in one zip code. Well - she delivered! Our experience with Sandra was an absolute delight! My husband and I are from California, and were looking for a home in the Las Vegas area. It is difficult searching for a home when one lives in another state, but Sandra made it simple and pain free! Sandra sent us numerous listings that met our requirements before we even got into town, so we were ready to hit the ground running when we pulled into Henderson. Sandra had set up seven showings for us, and expertly helped us navigate the pros and cons of each home, all in one day!

Once we had decided upon the right house for us, Sandra quickly drew up an offer that was spot-on! We did not need to go back and forth with the sellers since the offer was right for all parties concerned. This saved us valuable time and effort, and speaks highly of Sandra's knowledge of the local market.

During escrow, Sandra was an absolute gem! She stayed in touch with us nearly every day, answered questions, and was available whenever we needed her. We better understood the escrow process, too, thanks to Sandra's diligence!

Now that we have closed escrow, Sandra is still following up with us, and answering questions pertaining to utilities, pest control, and other practical matters. She has clearly stated that we should call her at any time with any questions about the area. I know that she sincerely means it, too, so I'm sure that we will talk with her again soon!
